What is a credit?
One credit equals one AI generation action. When you ask Portfolio Studio to create or edit your portfolio, each AI response uses one credit. Subscription plans include 5 credits per month, and you can purchase additional credits with a top-up.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, including 5 credits and 1 deploy slot. A card is required but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What is the Founding Member offer?
The Founding Member plan is a one-time $29.99 payment for lifetime access. It's limited to the first 500 users and includes the same benefits as a subscription plus an early supporter badge. Once the spots are filled, this offer is gone.
Do credits expire?
It depends. The 5 monthly credits included with your subscription expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, your initial 5 free credits and any credits purchased through top-ups never expire — they stay in your account indefinitely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
What is a deploy slot?
A deploy slot lets you publish one portfolio to a live URL on a portfoliostudio.dev subdomain. Each paid plan includes 1 slot, and you can add more with credit top-ups. Custom domain support is coming soon.
